Products and pricing

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate and inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, but excluding delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due at checkout.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms. All orders are subject to confirmation of the order price and availability. Payment must be made through our approved payment gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure instant Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT). Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been cleared and reflected in our account.

Delivery and shipping

We deliver within the borders of South Africa using third-party courier services. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

Paxi collections: Customers opting for PAXI must specify their preferred PEP store collection point code at checkout. You will receive an SMS with a unique collection PIN when the parcel arrives.
Courier tracking: Tracking information from The Courier Guy or PAXI will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Delays: Delivery timeframes are estimates. SCRUBPHARM is not liable for delays caused by courier logistics or unforeseen operational circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Note: Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change by our courier partners without prior notice.

Refund and Returns policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, you have the right to return products under the following conditions:

Change of mind: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping fees for changes of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a collection and offer a replacement or full refund.
Custom orders: Embroidered or custom-tailored scrubs cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Limitation of liability

SCRUBPHARM, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the website or the performance of the products purchased through the website.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

SCRUBPHARM is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013 of South Africa.

Delivery details: Physical address for home deliveries (The Courier Guy) or preferred PEP store branch code for counter pick-ups (PAXI). Financial data: Payment processing information via secure transaction gateways (note: we do not store full credit card details on our servers).

Purpose of processing

We process your personal information strictly for lawful business purposes related to running an e-commerce storefront, including:

Processing payments and fulfilling customer orders.
Shipping and tracking parcels with The Courier Guy and PAXI.
Providing direct customer support and responding to inquiries. Sending promotional newsletters (only if you have explicitly opted in).
