Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Please note: Custom-tailored or embroidered scrubs cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange — I would like a different size or colour. Store credit — Issue a digital voucher code for my next order. Refund — Refund the original payment method (only applicable to defective items or valid cancellations within Consumer Protection Act guidelines).

The Courier Guy: Send it back via door-to-door courier. Customer’s own arrangement and expense for change of mind. PAXI (PEP): Drop off at a PEP store using a PAXI bag. Customer’s own arrangement and expense for change of mind. SCRUBPHARM collection: Only select this if the item is defective or incorrectly sent by us. We will arrange courier collection at our cost.
